Whipped Chocolate Milk: Cool Down on a Hot Summer Day

Let’s be real, who doesn’t love chocolate milk? It is a sweet, fun drink that makes us feel young and nostalgic. I have a fun twist on this classic drink: Whipped Chocolate Milk! This drink practically has an ice-cream-like consistency and is super fun to drink. Consider it a fun substitution for ice cream (that is, if you are in the mood to make our No-Churn Nutella Vanilla Ice Cream).

Kids absolutely love this adorable treat. It is their own version of whipped coffee, which is the newest TikTok trend. Whipped Chocolate Milk is all you need to change things up during breakfast and be the coolest parent. And, the best part, kids are getting vitamins from the milk! Chocolate milk is considered the best source of calcium, right?!

Ingredients for the Delicious Whipped Chocolate Milk:

Another reason I love this drink is because it is super easy to make. It requires only four (that’s right, FOUR) ingredients, and a fifth optional one, which is just ice. You probably already have these things in your house, so it is time for you to get started! Here is everything you need to make Whipped Chocolate Milk.

  • Chocolate Powder
  • Sugar
  • Heavy Cream
  • Milk
  • Ice (optional)

Easy and Quick: How to Make this Adorable Treat:

Before you officially get started, here is an important tip! To make the Whipped Chocolate Milk, you will need a kitchen mixer. Mixing these ingredients by hand will take forever. So, the easiest way to create this sweet drink is by using a handheld mixer and a bowl. If you do not have a kitchen mixer, now is your time to get one! Let this be your calling to go buy one or to go order one online.

Unlike whipped coffee, milk is not what makes this drink airy and light. The secret is the addition of the heavy cream to create the whipped consistency. The more you know!

Now that you have the recipe tips and secrets, you are ready to start making the Whipped Chocolate Milk! To begin, place the chocolate powder, sugar, and heavy cream in the kitchen mixer and mix them together for about seven to ten minutes. You should mix these ingredients until the mixture is light and fluffy. That’s it! Too easy, right?

To assemble the drink, simply add ice cubes to the cup. This is totally optional but highly recommended for hot summer days. After this, pour milk until the cup is about three-fourths filled up. Top the drink with the whipped chocolate.

To serve, drink this delicious Whipped Milk Chocolate out of your favorite mug, glass or cup. Next, place your favorite cute paper straw in for fun, or you might choose to opt for a sleek metal straw!

One of the best parts about this drink is that it is so quick! This entire process takes about ten minutes. Deliciousness, quickness, and happiness. What more could you want in a dessert-like drink?

  • Let the kids scoop up the whipped chocolate to top off their drink.
  • The best part? Let them lick the spoon. Yum! Our type-A moms reading this may not like this step, but I promise, it will be your kids’ favorite part! (Besides drinking the Whipped Chocolate Milk, of course.)
