Ingredients for the No-Bake Oreo Crust Cheesecake

You most likely have most of the things you need to make this dish at home already. This recipe is nice and simple. Here is everything you need for your No-Bake Oreo Crust Cheesecake.

  • Oreos
  • Butter
  • Heavy Cream
  • Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Sugar
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Greek Yogurt

Steps for Making the Perfect No-Bake Oreo Crust Cheesecake:

Part One: The Crust

The first set for making your No-Bake Oreo Crust Cheesecake is making the crust. First, melt the butter and set it aside. Next, add your Oreo cookies to the food processor and pulse twice. Add the melted butter and mix until your mix reaches a fine crumble. Once your crumble is ready, pour it into the tart pan and begin pushing down the crumble until it is tight and begins to form and fill the shape of the pan. Here is a quick tip: Make sure to go up the sides of the tart pan. Afterwards, place this in the freezer while you prepare the cheesecake filling.

Part Two: The No-Bake Cheesecake

To begin preparing your cheesecake filling, add the heavy cream and the vanilla pudding mix to the mixer bowl and mix until it is well-combined and the mix thickens. It should feel sandy, but can also able to be molded. Next, add the sugar to the bowl and mix until it is well-combined, which should take a few seconds. After this, add the sour cream and greek yogurt and mix until it becomes thick and well-combined. It may appear lumpy, but that is just fine!

Now, take the Oreo cheesecake crust out of the freezer and add the filling to the pan. Then, place it in the freezer for another 20 minutes. In the meantime, cut your strawberries and gather your blueberries, or any fruit you may want, to place on the top of the dish.

You can keep the cheesecake in the freezer until you are ready to serve it if you are not serving it on the same day and saving it for later. Make sure to take the cake out of the freezer three hours before you are ready to serve and place it in the fridge. Now, you are ready to impress your guests with a super cute, fun dish!
