Strawberries and Cream with Rum

Description

This recipe is the simplest, most delicious Strawberries and Cream with Rum. It is complete in less than 10 minutes and is made with everyday ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Mascarpone or Creme Fraiche (up to you!)
  • 1 tsp of Rum Extract 

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream into a mixer bowl and mix on medium to high speed. Stop mixing when the liquid becomes a little thick.
  2. Once the heavy cream is thickened, add the rest of the ingredients and mix until there are stiff peaks. 
  3. Place your mixture in a piping bag.
  4. Cut your strawberries to slices and begin assembling your cups or bowl. 
  5. Once assembled, serve and enjoy!
