Description
This Pecan Chocolate Chip Loaf is the perfect cake for any occasion. For ultimate relaxation, pair with a cup of coffee and a relaxed weekend afternoon. This cake is soft and packed full of delicious flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cup of All-purpose Flour
- 1 1/4 cup of White Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 3/4 cup of Milk or Orange Juice
- 3/4 cup of Oil
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips or Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup of Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mixer bowel on low: flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Do this until they are well combined.
- Make a well and add the orange juice, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined on medium speed.
- Add the chocolate chip and pecans and mix for 10 seconds (or until well combined).
- Coat your cake pan with baking spray and pour the batter in. It should reach 3/4 of the height of the pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until brown on the top and the toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for five minutes.
- Move to cooling rack and let cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This treat CAN be dairy-free by substituting the milk for orange juice!
