Description
This No-Churn Nutella Vanilla Ice Cream is the perfect summer treat! The Nutella swirls become Nutella chunks that melt in your mouth!
Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp of Nutella
- Hot Water
Instructions
- Place approximately three tablespoons of Nutella in a Ramekin and place the Ramekin in a bowl filled with the hot water. This will help melt the Nutella and make it easier to drizzle it onto the ice cream.
- In a small bowl, mix one can of condensed milk with the vanilla extract. Mix these together with a spoon until it is well-blended. Once it is well-combined, place this mix to the side for now.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture into the whipped heavy cream and fold it so as to not break the whipped cream.
- Pour the condensed milk mixture into the whipped heavy cream and fold it in so as not to break the whipped cream.
- Pour half the ice cream mixture into the container. I recommend a 9 x 5 container or baking pan). Take a spoon filled with Nutella and begin drizzling it on top of the ice cream. Repeat until you have used half of your Nutella.
- Pour the second half of the ice cream mixture to cover the Nutella, and repeat again. Drizzle the Nutella, but this time, drizzle to create horizontal lines. With the handle of the spoon, drag the Nutella to create vertical lines to create the design.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap. Make sure to lay a layer of plastic wrap on top of the ice cream. This will ensure you do not get a layer of ice on top of the ice cream. Wrap another layer around the container to create an airtight seal.
- Freeze, serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use more or less Nutella than what is listed. It is up to your preference how much you like!
