Description
A quick and east five minute apple crisp that is best served warm and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients

- 4 apples chopped to small squares (not too small, just the right size to pick them up with a spoon).
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/3 Cup butter/dairy-free margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or to your preference)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degreed F
- Peel and chop the apples
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the apples from the measured ingredients
- In the bowl add your flour, sugar, egg, butter, salt, and cinnamon. Mix by fork until the egg is broken and mixed in. Switch to mixing by hand to get a crumbly mixture. Make sure to not over mix.
- Sprinkle your crumble mixture over the apples. Make sure it covers all the apples.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the crumble is brown.
- Let cool down for 5 minutes and enjoy best with vanilla ice cream!
