Description
The perfectly moist cake, coffee crumb cake with a sugary swirl and topped with crumbs that melt in your mount. Pair it with a hot cup of coffee.

For the cake:
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3/4 cup orange juice (or water)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
For the swirl and crumbs:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
Instructions
- Pre-heat the over to 350 degrees
- Spray your baking pan with baking spray
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a whisk until well combined. Except for one cup of flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined. Do not add the melted margarine.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl, mix until well combined.
- In the other dry bowl add the flour and brown sugar and mix.
- Pour half the batter onto the baking pan, sprinkle half the flour and sugar mixture on top of the batter.
- Pour the rest of the batter on top of the sprinkled sugar mixture.
- Add cinnamon and the melted butter to the rest of the sugar mixture and mix to get crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the cake batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
