Description
These Banana Chocolate Chips Bars are a perfect treat or even an on-the-go breakfast. Put your old bananas to good use with this delicious bar.

- 4–5 Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 cup of Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cup of Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 3/4 cup of All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1 cup of Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup of Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a 16×12 baking pan with baking spray
- In a large bowl, add the bananas and mash them until they become a smoothie texture. Larger lumps are ok, too.
- Add the sugar, oil, milk, and eggs and whisk until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chip, leave 1/4 of a cup on the side.
- Spread the batter onto the baking pan and top with the rest of the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on the top and the toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
