Passover Tiramisu Cake

Eggs

Add the dry ingredients

In a bowl add: 1 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup almond flour 1 cup potato starch 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Add the wet ingredients

Add: 4 Eggs 1 Cup oil 2 tsp vanilla extract

Step 2

BAKE

Bake the cake for 35-45 minutes on 350 degrees F Let cool before transferring onto a serving plate. 

Step 3

whip it

In a mixer mix on high: 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp rum extract 2 tsp vanilla extract

Step 4

CUT + POUR

Cut the cake into two layers Top the bottom layer with espresso

Step 5

WHIPPED CREAM

Layer half the whipped cream onto the the first layer. 

Step 6

REPEAT

Place the second layer and repeat the steps. 

Step 7

DUST

Dust the top layer with cocoa powder until fully covered.

Step 8

Store the cake in the fridge for up to 1 week.
