Feta + Olive Hamentaschen

In a food processor add: Feta cheese Pitted green olives Olive oil Sour cream

Step One:

Roll out the short pastry dough.  Cut circles using a cookie cutter or a cup.

Step Two:

Brush each of the circles with egg wash. 

Step Three:

Place two teaspoons of the feta and olive filling in the middle of the circle. 

Step Four:

Pinch three corners to make the hamentaschen triangle. 

Step Five:

Brush each side of the triangle with egg wash.

Step Six:

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on each side of the hamentaschen.

Step Seven:

Bake on 350 F for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
