St. Patrick’s Whipped Cream Dessert to Make with Kids

Description

A quick and easy St. Patrick’s whipped cream dessert that you can make with your kids. Let them build the layers and decorate with their favorite toppings. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz of Heavy Cream (or a non-dairy heavy cream)
  • 2 tbs of Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1/3 cup of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup of Crushed Pistachios
  • 1/4 cup of Coconut Crisps
  • Tea Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of Espresso

Instructions

  1. Pour half the heavy cream (8 oz) and 2 tbs of pistachio pudding into your mixer and mix on medium-high until there are stiff peaks. Set aside. 
  2. Melt the white chocolate chip over a double boiler.
  3. Pour the rest of the heavy cream into the mixer and add the melted white chocolate. Mix on medium-high until stiff peaks. 
  4. Place your pistachio whip cream in a pastry bag. In another bag, place your white chocolate whip cream. 
  5. Place all your cups/containers in line and fill half of the container with either cream.
  6. Dip your tea biscuits in the espresso one by one and place over the whipped cream. Top off with the other type of whip cream. 
  7. Place the container in the fridge. When you are ready to serve, top them off with either coconut crips, crushed pistachios, or even berries!
