Description
A quick and easy St. Patrick’s whipped cream dessert that you can make with your kids. Let them build the layers and decorate with their favorite toppings.
Ingredients

- 16 oz of Heavy Cream (or a non-dairy heavy cream)
- 2 tbs of Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1/3 cup of White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup of Crushed Pistachios
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Crisps
- Tea Biscuits
- 1/2 cup of Espresso
Instructions
- Pour half the heavy cream (8 oz) and 2 tbs of pistachio pudding into your mixer and mix on medium-high until there are stiff peaks. Set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chip over a double boiler.
- Pour the rest of the heavy cream into the mixer and add the melted white chocolate. Mix on medium-high until stiff peaks.
- Place your pistachio whip cream in a pastry bag. In another bag, place your white chocolate whip cream.
- Place all your cups/containers in line and fill half of the container with either cream.
- Dip your tea biscuits in the espresso one by one and place over the whipped cream. Top off with the other type of whip cream.
- Place the container in the fridge. When you are ready to serve, top them off with either coconut crips, crushed pistachios, or even berries!
