- 6 tbsp of Softened Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 of White Sugar
- 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup of All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt
- 1 cup of White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixer bowl, combine both of the sugars and butter until well combined.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined, on medium speed.
- Add the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until well combined.
- Stop the mixer and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the cookie dough onto the skillet and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is browned and the middle is set.
- Let cool, serve and enjoy!
