Description
A moist Nutella banana bread that you can make in 10 minutes. The cake comes out moist on top and banana bread consistency at the bottom. Delicious!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of Flour
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 3/4 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 4 tbsp of Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup of Milk
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 4 Ripe Mashed Bananas
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9×5 loaf cake pan.
- Mix your dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix your butter and sugar. Once well-mixed, add one egg at a time and mix well.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix.
- Add the banana.
- Add the dry ingredients to this mix and mix until well-combined.
- Scoop out a 1/3 of a cup of batter and set aside. Pour the rest of the batter onto the pan.
- In a separate bowl, place your Nutella and two tbsps of hot water and mix. Add the 1/3 of cup batter and mix.
- Pour the new batter on top of the banana bread batter. With your spatula, create an s shape to lower the new batter into the batter.
- Optional: Top off with a fresh banana cut into two, long edge.
- Bake for 60-90 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Let the Nutella Banana Bread cool completely before cutting.
