Description

This is the best no-bake dessert that kids can make all by themselves. It is perfect for Mother’s day sweet surprise. I present to you Cookie Chocolate Balls. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of Chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Package of Kedem Tea Biscuits
  • 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup of Fine Sugar
  • 1/3 cup of Milk or Wine
  • 5 tbsp of Softened Butter or Margarine for a dairy-free option
  • 1 tsp of Rum Extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. First., make sure to break the tea biscuits to small pieces, but not powder. The easiest way to do this is placing them in a Ziploc bag and either smashing them or roll you rolling pin over them.
  2. Add the cookies and the rest of the ingredients into a bowl. Start mixing with your spoon and use your hands if needed. Combine until you get a dough-like consistency. 
  3. Scoop a little dough onto your hands and roll the dough into a small balls. Take the balls and roll them in your sprinkles or any other topping you have. Place them on a plate or in mini cupcake liners. 
  4. Place them in the fridge to harden.
