The best cookies EVER: Caramel White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Chocolate Chunks! This cookie is a cross between a caramel toffee and chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 2/3 cups of Flour
- 3.4 oz of Instant Caramel Pudding Mix (1 box)
- 1 tsp of Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 3/4 cup of Softened Unsalted Butter (margarine for a dairy-free alternative)
- 3/4 cup of White Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg (Room Temperature)
- 1/2 cup of White Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks
Instructions
- Mix your flour, instant pudding mix, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a cake mixer bowl, add cream, sugar and butter. Mix until it is light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients bowl and mix on low.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the mix. Mix these well.
- Mix in the white chocolates and chocolate chunks.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a cookie scooper to place the cookies on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, or until you see very little brown at the bottom of the cookies.
- Let cool for a few minutes before moving them to a cookie rack to further cool down.
- Serve and enjoy!
